Shipping By:
We ship the order by Registered post parcel- DTDC service or by the delivery couriers so that the goods we deliver reach the right hands within a short amount of time. We ensure that our shipping methods are safe and fully secure.

Tracking of Order: 
Upon request, heighup.com will provide all the tracking details to their customers without any hesitation. You can track your order online after the order is shipped.

Non-Delivery:
If the order has been placed heighup.com will try to ensure that the parcel reached the customers within the time frame. However, due to some reasons, if the parcel does not reach the customer after 15 days of being dispatched, we will follow up.
